At Owl Bloom Studio, each pair of earrings is carefully handcrafted. We want you to love your purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of handmade jewelry and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will review the request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping and Processing

Shipping costs are included in the listed product price unless otherwise stated. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and processed before shipment.
